Must have:

 

–          1-2 years of previous experience; Talent Acquisition or HR experience strongly preferred. Agency experience a big plus

 

HS Diploma

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

–          Working with two external vendors who will be regularly providing resumes. Reviewing and distributing resumes to the appropriate recruiters.

 

–          Tracking metrics related to:

 

o   Time from intake to interview

 

o   Time until feedback received from hiring manager(s)

 

o   Time until references

 

o   Time until offer

 

–          Metrics are reported back to external vendors as requested

 

–          May also assist with interview scheduling

 

Qualifications (degree, past experience):

 

–          High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

 

–          1-2 years of previous experience; Talent Acquisition or HR experience strongly preferred. Agency experience a big plus

 

–          Solid working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel as well as some familiarity with an applicant or similar type of tracking system

 

–          Experience scheduling meetings and appointments in Outlook
