Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements
– Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
– Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
– Experience working in a high volume recruitment environment

Responsibilities
* Conducting Recruitment Strategy meetings with hiring managers to develop the hiring strategy for assigned openings.
* Collaborating with hiring managers on candidate pool and recruitment strategy and best practices.
* Training hiring managers on hiring processes and applicant tracking system, conducting web ex sessions and in person training as needed.
* Reviewing and submitting resumes to hiring manager’s based on both minimum qualifications and Successful Hiring Profile.
* Utilizing the Internet as a primary vehicle for sourcing applicants, seeking out alternative resources for finding qualified applicants.
* Conducting initial phone interviews to assess job qualifications and overall fit of candidates; submits pre-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
* Participating in local networking events, career fairs, college recruiting, and company sponsored hiring events.
* Preparing and extending offers of employment offering recommendation to hiring manager and HR Business Partner.
* Participating in various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
* Participating in regular check-in/status update meetings with Talent Acquisition Manager.
* Complying with diversity recruitment practices, labor law requirements, and Affirmative Action guidelines.
* Performing other related duties as assigned
