This team received 13,000+ tickets a year and this individual will work to help troubleshoot individual’s questions. Strong emotional intelligence skills are required as this role works to support the employee population around difficult questions they may have relating to their pay and benefits.
Must Haves:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- 1+ years’ experience in a professional setting, with a strong desire to support human resources
- Microsoft office (Including spreadsheet and excel)
