What we need:

Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking an Advisory Operations Reporting & Billing Associate for our companys office located in El Segundo, CA. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide operational support and world class customer service to our broker dealer clients.

What you will do:

• Provide Operational, Customer Service and Administrative support for the various departments within Operations.
• Responsible for daily processing of work associated with department to include: Account processing, responding to inquiries from internal as well as external customers via email, fax, phone
• Perform various account calculations/reconciliation
• Perform research as requested on customer accounts
• Provide phone support for department
• Other duties as assigned

What you need to have: Minimum Education Required

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of experience working in a professional setting
• 1+ years of experience working in client-service
