A Financial Services company in Boston, MA seeks a permanent Human Resources, HRIS Associate to join their growing team.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience running HRIS reports and creating presentations from collected data
  • Able to organize and analyze data, detect and correct errors, interpret and report results
  • Detailed and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word


  • Oracle Fusion, Saba, Click Boarding, DNA (Salesforce), Survey Monkey, PowerBI experience
  • Financial Services, Venture Capital, Management Consulting or similar industry experience

Job Summary/Description:

HR Systems

  • Day-to-day maintenance of all HR Systems, including Oracle Fusion (HRIS), Saba (performance management), Click Boarding (onboarding), DNA (Salesforce), Survey Monkey, Pulse (intranet), PowerBI
  • Entering information and producing reports as requested
  • Work closely with IT to make sure systems are producing proper information; perform routine audits of information
  • Ensures all data flows through various systems and is correct
  • Prepare Saba for year-end performance review across all departments; update as needed and perform testing and QC prior to rollout; become the go-to person for questions on system; pull reports quarterly on employee goals, annual review scores, firm contributions, etc.
  • Create and administer surveys as needed
  • Update and maintain the Pulse with competencies frameworks, open job positions and HR announcements
  • Go-to resource for HR team and the business on all systems

Data Analysis

  • Identify, collect, integrate, and analyze workforce data from a variety of systems and sources
  • Discover any holes in the data and problem solve solutions
  • Process improve data collection and integration
  • Analyze both structured and unstructured data and synthesize findings to create insights
  • Uses PowerPoint, BI or other presentation methods to deliver relevant information to a variety of audiences, including employees, managers, and executives

Other HR Duties

  • Work with philanthropy committee to make sure Give & Grow (Benevity) is updated regularly with new content and information; add new content as needed
  • Help socialize Give & Grow to increase charitable impact
  • Ensure that HR content on the Pulse (intranet site) is up to date
  • Work closely with Sr. HR Manager to manage and track leaves of absences
  • Work closely with Sr. HR Manager on immigration and relocation issues Other HR projects as needed
