A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a strong HR Assistant to join the team on a contract basis. This individual will help with HR projects like a monthly PowerPoint deck with birthdays and anniversaries; reference checks; application tracking data; filing employee paperwork; coding and submitting our invoices to our accounting team; assisting with announcements for employee events and then helping us with the events; employee term notices; general HR duties.
Must Haves:
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint experience
- HR Administrative experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbally to correspond with internal and external individuals)
Preferred:
- Invoice work
