Must Haves:
- 5+ years’ experience in HR capacity, preferably with some manufacturing
- Experience running a training program OR full-cycle recruiting experience
Preferred:
- SHRM certification
- ADP experience
Job Summary/Description:
As the stand-alone HR person, this individual will be responsible for:
- Training management
- Full-cycle recruiting
- Payroll (ADP)
- Employee relations
- Employee handbook completion
- Developing of job descriptions
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong computer skills required
- Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of and hands on exposure to the full mix of HR functions, including employee relations.
- Strong consultative style with proven experience supporting employees
- Ability to think and act proactively
