Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience .in HR and/or Learning & Organizational Development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management type roles,
  • Experience in working with project management tools (MS Project / SmartSheet/ Excel).
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Workday reporting and analytics.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in implementing leadership and professional development programs in a corporate environment.


  • Pharmaceutical  industry experience

Job Summary:

Talent Development

  • Responsible for supporting functional projects; may lead small-scale cross-functional projects with direction from a senior member of TM&D Team
  • Performs typical project management duties for various development initiatives, including end to end program management of learning initiatives and processes based on learning strategy.
  • Manages relationships with vendors, developers, and consultants for the purchase and/or development of content and the delivery of learning services, as needed.
  • Collects quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure impact of programs and initiatives.
  • Creates and documents standardized operating procedures and plans across programs and processes.

Talent Management

  • Performs typical project management duties for various talent management/talent planning initiatives.
  • Supports implementation of the talent planning process (Talent Review, Succession and Development Planning)
  • Assists in establishing metrics and a dashboard to monitor progress and communicate insights in support of Talent Planning efforts. Partners with HRIS to create and automate a Talent Dashboard.
  • Develops and implement tools, training materials, and communications for the annual performance management process.  Supports in operationalizing process.
  • Support the design and implementation of a workforce planning process across the enterprise to ensure near- and long-term talent needs are being identified and action plans created
