A nonprofit organization in Trenton, NJ is looking to add an administrative assistant to their team. This is a new role for the organization that will work closely with the CEO as well as the Director of Marketing and Communications on a flexible hybrid basis. The position consists of typical administrative tasks including calendar management, meeting planning, and donor support, as well as posting previously crafted marketing content to social media. The ideal candidate has a background providing administrative assistance to a marketing/communications team. Experience with the Microsoft Suite of products and dropbox is greatly preferred.
