We are looking for a Contract Financial Analyst / Sr. Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst to support G&A FP&A in providing finance business partnering to the IT organization for one of Cambridge's most innovative, publicly traded biotech companies.  Reporting to the Sr. Manager of G&A FP&A, the ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with strong communication, organizational and computer skills. 

Key Responsibilities:
Forecasting and analysis of IT budgets in the Adaptive Planning & Reporting Software System
Forecasting and analysis of company-wide IT system implementation projects, working closely with the Capability Building organization within IT
Drive quarterly budget re-forecast activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the IT organization and their partners across the business
Create reporting dashboards to help IT business partners and senior management have better visibility into financial performance and trends
Work with G&A FP&A team members to help drive reporting content, deck creation and supplemental backup materials to provide valuable reporting content for senior leadership
Assist with special projects, system implementation and enhancement as needed

Experience working in FP&A supporting IT organization or processes preferred
Familiarity with cloud computing accounting standards preferred
Highly proficient in Excel; experience with SAP ERP preferred, experience with Adaptive Planning System a plus
Able to handle multiple assignments and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines
Ability to work sensitively with confidential material
Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Strong work ethic and team player

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
