3-5 years’ experience

US & Canada (can train on Canada payroll if needed)

  • The Opportunity:

  • The Payroll Administrator will participate in the preparation and processing of the semimonthly payrolls for the US and Canada; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets, pay rates, new hire data, promotions, garnishments and other deductions. Responsible for the coordination of efforts between Payroll and HR as it relates to maintaining accuracy of employee data.  This person will also assist the payroll manager in investigating and resolving all discrepancies as they relate to tax compliance and other areas requiring confidentiality and discretion.
