The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Operations (Senior Recruiter) is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition function through processes and operations.  You are responsible for vendor relations/management, budgeting and headcount, reporting and analysis and system administration.  You will also source and recruit Corporate based candidates through the Senior Manager Level.  Finally, you will help develops and implement recruitment programs that strengthen our ability to attract, assess, select and integrate top talent into the organization. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manages full cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt staff level positions

  • Identifies and builds relationships to ensure an on-going talent pipeline

  • Interviews, assesses and recommends candidates and starting salaries based on job competencies and fit within the organization

  • Partners with hiring managers to discuss candidate feedback and execute final hiring decisions

  • Explores new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to grow pipeline

  • Conducts in depth phone and onsite interview and promotes our brand

  • Manages Talent Acquisition vendors, including program management, contract compliance, invoicing, SLA adherence

  • Leads RFPs, support Master Service Agreements/Statements of Work development and ensures vendors are meeting the business and talent needs of our company

  • Manages vendor performance and drive accountability for service of Talent Acquisition operational vendors

  • Manages and generates all the required Talent Acquisition reports (including functional reports, quarterly dashboards, and ad hoc reports)

  • Identifies and report trends and makes continuous improvements based on learnings and business needs

  • Provide ad hoc reports and access to Talent Acquisition metrics based on business requirements to improve decision making

  • Ensures all the Talent Acquisition policies, guidelines, and processes are documented, posted and properly communicated to Talent Acquisition team

  • Ensures continuous improvement for all the Talent Acquisition programs

  • Stays up-to-date on external trends and best practices for enabling Talent Acquisition efficiency

  • Ensures compliance within our Talent Acquisition processes

  • Manages and administers the applicant tracking and CRM systems; trouble shooting technology issues

  • Develops and delivers ongoing system training, internal recruiting processes, full system administration

  • Researches and recommends external Talent Acquisition Technology solutions

  • Provides recruiting technology support to the recruiting team

 

KNOWLEDGE  SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Proven track record of driving recruitment through the use of effective recruitment strategies, use of online and social resources as well as networking and competitor sourcing

  • Demonstrated business acumen in the retail/apparel industry with knowledge of current and future trends to inform HR solutions

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills essential

  • Strong computer skills including, Microsoft Office, Excel and Word are essential.  

  • Ability to priortize and meet appropriate deadlines in a fast paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • A commitment and experience creating a superior candidate experience

  • Demonstrated ability to create and maximize creative sourcing method. 

  • Knowledge, passion and an affinity for driving business through finding top talent

  • Exceptional initiative, customer service focus, and solid judgment skills

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast paced environment

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment within a creative services, consumer goods, product development or retail environment required

  • 2+ years developing and delivering HR analytics; Metrics and Scorecards

  • 3+ years experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS 

  • Experience with financial analysis and budgeting

  • Strong project management experience required

  • Must be able to manage a high volume of recruiting

  • Previous experience with applicant tracking and on line tools

  • Must have strong negotiation skills, excellent resolution and facilitation skills required

  • Bachelor's degree required
