A non profit healthcare company seeks a  Customer Service Rep for a 2-3+ month contract assignment.

Must Haves:

  • 1+ years customer service/administrative experience
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish

Preferred:

  • Medical industry experience 

Job Summary/Description:

  • As a customer service expert, you are a liaison for all patients seeking services at the healthcare facility.
  • As a member of the Patient Access Team you will be expected to interact in a professional, friendly and welcoming manner wile capturing accurate information in order to provide a superior customer experience.
  • The Patient Access Representative will be expected to accurately collect, verify and data enter demographic and insurance information in our electronic medical record according to Registration department guidelines.
  • HS Diploma/GED required. Minimum of 1 year customer service and/or administrative experience.
  • Bilingual fluency Spanish/English required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working with electronic medical record technology a plus.
