Job Summary/Description:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Undergraduate degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years in an administrative position is required Prior HR experience is strongly preferred. Prior internet sourcing and recruiting experience is preferred Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ERP system is preferred High proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint is required Proven ability to multi-task and be highly organized while maintaining a positive attitude is essential for this position

Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the administrative work associated with the recruitment function of Olympus. Working with the Talent Acquisition team the Coordinator will assist with the various administrative tasks and projects that enables the recruitment process to be efficient and effective. Contact with hiring managers will occur from time to time as well as working with various administrative staff throughout Olympus. Job Duties 1. Creates requisitions in SuccessFactors providing follow up to HRBP's HR Service Center and Hiring Mangers as needed 2. Posts job openings to various job boards professional organizations social networks and other online resources as requested by Talent Acquisition Specialists 3. Acts as point of contact for any job board technical or account issues including all 50 unemployment agencies as well as creating new accounts as needed 4. Coordinates job fairs or other recruitment events for all hiring locations in US and Canada as requested 5. Coordinates university recruiting needs including attendance of campus events point of contact for schools coordinating events and posting jobs 6. Supports temp to hire requisitions following internal process to hire temp including but not limited to reviewing application creating and extending offer and initiating the background check process 7. Assists
