Contract Support Specialist

17 Month Contract

Duties:
The Contract Specialist is responsible for supporting contract administration while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support to senior admins, management, human resources, visitors, and associates.
  • Support requests for contract from start to execution in accordance with requirements and company policy.
  • Assist stakeholders on contract processes to meet contract and project timelines.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Act as liaison between stakeholders, legal services and other departments for efficient and effective handling of contract requests.
  • Review, submit and maintain documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support administrative group.
  • Tasks may include assistance with a broad range of other follow-up activities with various stakeholders. 

Skills:

  • Previous Contract Support experience and can demonstrated working knowledge of contract terms and processes.
  • Experience providing support to admins, management, human resource, and visitors
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written, ability to interact with high level management and legal disciplines both internally and externally.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated customer service to internal customers, external customers and third parties.

Education: High school diploma or GED

Ability to work simultaneously with multiple parties in a collaborative team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex requests in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated customer service to internal customers, external customers and third parties. Ability to act with little supervision and be self-motivated. Microsoft Office suite proficiency. Education: High school diploma or GED
