Office Assistant/Cashier

Hours: 9-4, days a week.  30 hours

Interview Process: Phone interview and possibly a video call with Associate Director 

 

Must Haves:

  • HS Diploma or higher education
  • 1-2 years of office experience. 
  • Good communication skills

 

Preferred:

  • Higher Ed industry exp
  • Financial Services within Higher Ed

 

Responsibilities

·       Answering phone calls from students and parents. 

·       Greeting people that enter the office. 

·       Filing, processing payments, giving out petty cash. 

·       Other tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

·       2 years of related work experience

·       High school diploma

·       Ability to discuss financial questions with discretion. 

·       Higher Ed/Student Accounts experience preferred but not required.

·       Experience with Workday preferred

·       Experience with CASHNet preferred
