Position Overview

The global HR Operations Manager is responsible for the administration of best practices for HR systems and processes across all regions. This role will work closely with regional Human Resource, Recruiting, and Learning and Development team members to support the systems, functions, and processes relating to the employee life cycle. This role assists the Director, Human Resources in tracking aligning the compensation and benefits programs across all regions. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with administering North America payroll processing within ADP Workforce Now Application, ensures accuracy and efficiency in processing

  • Work with local HR team members in relation to employee questions surrounding Payroll and Benefit programs 

  • Assist with design and develop of employee communication materials related to all service operations for employees – payroll, benefits, and compensation programs globally

  • Provide support for all compliance related reporting including – Tax Information Processing (W2’s and 1095-C’s), Affirmative Action Planning, New Hire Reporting and State Registrations, Benefit Plan Compliance Reporting – 5500’s, and other global audits 

  • Collaborate with local HR team members to gather and analyze feedback from various surveys such as entrance interviews, exit interviews, and engagement surveys

  • Partner with global HR team members to support and champion positive employee relations through effective communication, policies, and practices

  • Support the establishment and integration of compensation, payroll, and benefits platforms during mergers and acquisitions

  • Collaborate with trainers to support the Learning Management System and new hire onboarding

  • Create and administer various documents in DocuSign relating to employment offers and internal updates and acknowledgments

  • Support the HR teams in administering, creating, and implementing Performance Management System and compensation system

  • Support Workforce Planning and Analytics by reporting and analyzing various trends within company data  

  • Review, process, and track HR related invoices to ensure they are accurate and paid on time

  • Assist in the administration of the rewards and recognition software solution

  • Administer North America leaves of absence processes

  • Manage the North America immigration partnership with external immigration attorney

  • Track, align, report, and provide consultation on compensation and benefits programs in all regions to local HR team members

Organizational Alignment

  • Reports to Director, Human Resources



  • Bachelor’s in related field; equivalent combination of experience and education

  • Strong excel and analytical skills

  • Three+ years’ of professional Human Resources or data analytics experience 

  • Experience in HR administration such as policy interpretation, employee record/file keeping, and regulatory compliance and global knowledge, preferred

  • Experience with benefits administration, in the United States or other countries

  • Practice with compensation reporting and/or alignment 

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a plus

  • Ability to be strategic towards business outcomes as well as manage and handle day-to-day details and deadlines

  • Experience with HRIS systems, running and analyzing reports for employee reporting, ensures superior accuracy in details of reports

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills – ability to create employee communications for clarity and present programs to large groups of employees

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities (at times conflicting), remain focused under pressure and work extended hours as required

  • Ability to pass a background, drug and credit check
