HR Operations Coordinator

Contract with permanent potential

Location: Lexington and work from home. 2x onsite – definitely Mondays, the other day is flexible

Hours: 9-5

Company Information: Pharma, 250 ee

Interview Process: Phone and video screen

Must Haves:

-Bachelor’s Degree
-Office experience
-Sharp and professional presentaiton

Preferred:

-HR experience
-Biotech/Pharma industry
-Onboarding expeirence 
-Scheduling experience 

 

  • Gathering and indexing personal employee files (Employee personal information, background check, drug screening data, etc.)
  • Own the New Hire Orientation including calendar management, scheduling and conference room set up (New Hire packet – benefit guide, employee handbook, etc.)
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all new hire first-day activities (Orientation, documents, lunch breaks, scheduling meeting with manager)
  • Creating new employee files
  • Enroll employee in benefits
  • Uploading compliance documents
  • Setting up employee photos for company Intranet and badge access
  • Schedule, participate in and manage weekly HR team meetings
  • Taking ownership of digital and paper copies of all new hire documentation (Employee Files, I-9s, E-verify etc)
  • Enter Purchase Requisitions for the HR Department
  • Enter Legal Request Forms for necessary activities and contracts
  • Monthly benefit invoice reconciliation
  • Take ownership of pricing, purchasing and sending out interview and new hire gifts/ company SWAG
  • Perform other projects/ duties as assigned
  • Assist with planning company events
