Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Receptionist
    1. Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (FNOL)
    2. Perform excellent customer service
    3. Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
    4. Document calls for weekly call log report


  1. Dispatch and Pending Follow-Up
    1. Dispatch lead calls and job referrals
    2. Track pending lead calls and job referral follow-up
    3. Analyze dispatch report
  1. Schedule Tracking and General Administration
    1. Coordinate production schedule and monitor logistics
    2. Coordinate on-call schedule
    3. Perform general administration

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

  • A minimum two years of business experience
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
  • Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired

Formal Education/Training

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred
