The Account Manager will serve as the liaison between Headquarters Staff and Local Administrators. We are looking for someone who has

the aptitude of creating thinking and problem solving, a drive to succeed and is a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast pace environment.

The role is based in Torrance, CA.

This person is responsible for managing accounts acquired by the sales team and serve as a main point of contact for said accounts. They will be accountable for understanding the client’s operational needs and handling all incoming support related inquiries by phone and email. They provide clientele with ongoing support and monthly education of new system technology releases and are responsible for reporting any system related issues to the IT team if notified from clients. A candidate should be a team player, have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail and overall can exercise critical thinking skills.

What you will do:

-Develop and facilitate training material for client education

– Encourage client engagement on the platform, with routine follow up

contact and instructional materials

-Create and send email campaigns related to monthly billing reminders,

service fee notifications, and platform updates

-Report technical enhancement requests or bug fixes to Business

Analyst

– Work with each client to achieve their financial and development goals

on the platform including but not limited to billing, collection,

budgeting, contracts and payment plans

What you will need:

-Bachelor's degree

– 1-2 years of professional business customer service and/or financial

experience

– Aptitude for creative thinking and problem solving

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

-High energy and positive attitude

– Ability to take initiative

– Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

– Experience with Software-as-a-Service based applications

– Strong desire to understand how different technology solutions are

best leveraged by different clients

– Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

-Aptitude for creative thinking

– Familiarity with Greek lettered organizations preferred, but not

mandatory
