We're looking for a skilled and dynamic Senior HR Analyst to help support the overall direction of the HR technological strategy and broader people operations.  As a practitioner, you'll get to roll your sleeves up and impact the success of the global team, drive value and efficiencies to the business, act as a subject matter expert in various business opportunities and challenges, while working on newer and exciting Oracle ORC platform and products that we are in the process of launching over the next several months.

This role also participates in research and development to enable continuing evolution and optimization within the infrastructure while ensuring that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies and guidelines. 

This role will assist cross-functional project teams with technical expertise, analysis and execution; support of people operations team in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions while also driving issue resolution.  This individual will also help build and leverage extensive Oracle knowledge, with an emphasis on configuration and reporting.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Manage ticketing queue by triaging system changes and upgrades with Director, Total Rewards, SME’s and Managed Services provider.
  • Provides production support as an escalation point including, but not limited to, researching and resolving system or integration issues, unexpected results or process flaws; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Conducts manual data input, report auditing and manual file generation as needed
  • Generates reports/queries, including; writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing reporting tools available to support organization’s reporting requirements.
  • Using analytical capability and story-telling skills translate data into business insights.
  • Performs basic system configurations, including build and maintain jobs, organizations, look up tables.
  • Understand and document the HR business processes supported by the HR systems.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports extracting data from HR systems.

Skills:

Knowledge:

  • 5+ years HRIS and people operations experience
  • Working knowledge of Oracle functionality, configuration and reporting
  • In depth understanding of employee life cycles as it relates to HR internal processes (recruiting, career progressions, terminations, benefits, etc.) and its bilateral relationship and impacts to the companies HR technological strategy
  • Experience testing and supporting Oracle upgrades, business processes and reporting
  • Research new releases and upgrades providing recommendations regarding their use by the organization
  • Strong analytical and reporting/dashboards design skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or Human Resources is strongly preferred.
