Advisory Fees Associate- Waltham

Key responsibilities

  • • Processing management fee setup for advisory accounts; working with advisors and various third parties to ensure proper processing of advisor management fees
  • • Providing indispensable customer service via phone and e-mail; responding to inquiries from advisors and others regarding management fees
  • • Reconciling and resolving discrepancies in advisory management fee processing
  • • Backing up our in-house Service Center team by answering questions, as well as investigating and resolving escalated issues
