Payroll Specialist

Administration of US business unit hourly and salaried payrolls. Process and maintain payroll records.


These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Managing the payroll lifecycle for employees of the Corporation and its subsidiaries
  • Manage entering voluntary deductions, and payroll action forms provided by business units into the payroll system
  • Prepare and process court orders
  • Audit new hire pay, termination pay, and any required adjustment to normal pay
  • Assists team members with questions about payroll policy and pay discrepancies
  • Ensure that computing, withholding, and deductions are done correctly
  • Maintain payroll system, files and records
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements within the payroll function
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related duties as needed


  • 3-5 years of related payroll experience
  • Experience processing multi-state payroll
  • Working knowledge of state and federal payroll regulations
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and accurate

High School Diploma


  • Experience with Workday
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with processing payroll for an organization with over 10,000 employees

Associates degree in accounting or related field
