A NYC nonprofit is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will be focused on supporting a team of three legal professionals. This will include supporting case file organization, calendar management, fielding and directing calls and acting as backup support to the office’s receptionist. Experience high volume calls and general administrative functions for the organization and HR team.
- Bachelors Degree and 1+ years admin experience or nondegree and 2+years legal admin experience
- Experience supporting multiple staff
- Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting legal staff
