HR admin out of healthcare a plus

 

Duties:

 

This person will run reports from Paycom in staff related due dates, such as eval dates, peer reviews dates, competency dates, licensure due dates and annual required employee health related due dates.  They will send these reports to managers and the employees and they will retrieve, track and update this data in Paycom and file in their electronic record or hard copy record.  This person will also pull employee records by department and will have a checklist to review for all employees on what is missing and them communicate this info to managers and employees as well.
