Team Size: 30 people in HR in Boston/Andover. On the TA team there is a Director, 3 TA Partners, 2 TA Operations, and a sourcer

Title: Senior Talent Sourcing Partner

The Talent Sourcing Partner supports the Talent Acquisition team by executing sourcing strategies necessary to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool. The primary focus of this role will be to market and search for professional candidates for roles at Enel. The Talent Sourcing Partner will proactively source diverse talent using innovative methods that include research, social networking, targeted direct calls, attending professional leadership networking events and identifying alternative channels to source talent. The Talent Sourcing Partner must be proactive and work in close partnership with the TA team and hiring managers to fully understand current workforce demographics, business needs and the approach in the market to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Define sourcing strategy, including sourcing channels, and drive proactive headhunting, consulting with line managers and HR Business Partners in the selection of the right candidates for the business.
Ensure each candidate slate is diverse in gender, ethnicity and background. Meet or exceed diversity annual KPI.
Build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline, including leveraging external partnerships and reaching out to passive candidates to provide exposure to Enel North America job opportunities
Utilizing creative and resourceful strategies, attract and source passive and active talent.
Pro-actively leverage social media channels & professional networking vehicles, internal database, warm and cold calling, and employee referrals for robust diverse sourcing results
Productively build a strong network of high-potential candidates through research and relationships with internal and external partners
Engage with candidates to better understand their experience and screen effectively for positions throughout the firm.
Thrive with a networking mindset and diligent focus on candidate experience throughout the recruitment life-cycle.
Collaborate with TA team to develop, identify and design sourcing strategies; includes sourcing candidates and screening.
Support the development and execution of diversity related projects, iand manage the Employee Referral Program
Responsible for maintaining fluid relationships with associations / organizations / educational institutions that support diverse candidates.
Compliance & performance
Maintain ATS (candidate) data integrity to ensure accurate output of recruiting metrics; consistently update applicant tracking system in a timely manner with appropriate candidate and/or position information. Maintain a record of recruiting activities which includes candidate assessment and requisition data.
Meet all defined service level agreements with regards to timelines, recruiting metrics and compliance guidelines.
Participate in building a data-driven recruiting organization to measure the ROI of recruitment products/programs and drive team productivity; create metrics to measure the impacts of sourcing efforts
Represent Enel at industry events and career fairs in order to network and attract talent from, Universities and local institutions.
Keep up to date in partnership with HR Business Partners and Legal with any country specific legal, regulatory or requirements for hiring talent for e.g. diversity and inclusion or gender pay gap
Collaborate with stakeholders on diversity recruitment initiatives.
Recommend improvements to online job postings to attract top candidates, and ways to provide a world class candidate experience
Jump in to help recruit, and coordinate to support your team when needed and lead by example
Manage relationships with third party recruitment vendors (if engaged)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
7-10 years of prior talent acquisition experience, with an emphasis on sourcing strategy
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Demonstrated experience in behavioral interviewing techniques
At least 4 years' experience in configuring/optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems to enhance recruiting operations (experience using iCIMS preferred)
Advanced sourcing skills to identify and attract passive & diverse talent for critical openings and talent pool. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, while managing conflicting priorities
