- The Documentation and Registration Specialist is a member of the Global Registration Team which is responsible for managing the market investment approval and account opening processes for markets that require foreign investor registration and/or documentation requirements to open cash and securities accounts. The Document and Registration Specialist will complete registration database updates and maintenance, general departmental / team support functions which includes varied clerical and related data entry tasks. The position requires an individual with a high degree of initiative, organization, accuracy, and client service skills.
- Maintain database reflecting changes in status for current market registration approvals and/or account opening processes- Prepare documentation for submission to clients for execution and subsequent submission to subcustodians and local markets for approval, including copying, faxing, scanning, etc. – Produce cover letters and shipping materials, as required, for sending documentation materials.- Maintain all necessary documents for account openings in database.- Word processing and/or data entry into spreadsheets as required- Maintain Team’s Registration Kits on company website and on registration tracking database
