  • This position is responsible for presenting Customer Service Representative training programs using recognized training and facilitation techniques and tools in support of classroom and distributed learning activities in a virtual environment.
  • Assists and coaches Customer Service Representatives through call handling transactions.
  • Will coordinate reports, training, assessments, and other duties related to learning.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills that fosters learning and performance.
  • Requires 2-3 years in experience with facilitating and delivering training or classroom instruction.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associates degree or Training certification preferred.
