A property management company in Manhattan is looking to add an AP Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis. The individual in this role will handle high volume invoice processing through a fairly manual process. This role is highly transactional and requires: careful attention to deal, a repeatable/efficient process, and the ability to upload documentation to an online portal.
*3+ years of professional work experience doing high volume data entry / AP work
*Experience doing AP work in related industry (real estate, property management, etc.)
*Are comfortable working in high volume, hands on, transactional role
*Tech savvy: use Zoom for meetings and to upload invoices into portals
