A mid size transportation company in Manhattan is currently looking for an Office and Facilities Assistant. The successful candidate must have 1+ years of office assistant experience. The candidate must be comfortable handling stocking office supplies and general inventory, data entry, answering phones and other office administrative tasks. This role is the receptionist.  This role will also be responsible for using a spray sanitation device to keep high touch areas (light switches, door handles, faucets, etc) safe. Great opportunity to join a well-known company in NYC.

Must Haves:

  • 1+ years administrative experience
  • Willingness to put away office inventory/stock kitchen and sanitize high touch points.  
  • Willingness to be the receptionist
