The Recruitment Coordinator will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team in a format that promotes efficiency and high quality customer service. The Recruitment Coordinator will have significant interaction with new hires and hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
A minimum of 1 3 years experience in Human Resources support or administration. Qualified candidates must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to balance the needs of multiple recruiters and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who is motivated, team oriented and someone with very strong attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Bachelors degree preferred.
