The Human Resources Administrative Coordinator is a key member of the HR Team who will work closely with the CHRO and other members of the HR Leadership Team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.  The ideal candidate will be a creative team player with a positive, innovative and professional attitude who explores the better way of doing things and takes a can-do approach when faced with challenges. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Provide administrative support to the CHRO, including calendar management, meeting coordination and time management optimization

  • Collaborate with the departmental talent management, benefit and operations functions

  • Provides human resources information by compiling and maintaining reports

  • Assist on the production, refinement and completion of reports.

  • Process expenses, purchase orders, invoices and check request submissions

  • Conduct more complex research to assist the CHRO with inquiries or issues

  • Handle sensitive business and people issues with tact and diplomacy

  • Often serves as the first point of contact for employees, applicants and visitors

  • Employee file management, including filing

  • Track and process all onboarding paperwork, and make sure it is all within compliance

  • Run CORI reports, process I9s, and background checks 

  • Coordinate interview itineraries with different departments

  • Organize/Prepare new hire orientations 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a similar environment.

  • Highly proficient with emerging technology solutions including solid skills with Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. 

  • Experience with Kronos Workforce Ready and Applicant Tracking Systems helpful.

  • Multi-tasking skills including exceptional communications, networking, time-management and project management capability.

  • Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills are required.

  • Understanding that priorities change resulting in the need to be adaptable and focused.

  • Ability to remain organized to work in a fast passed data driven environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of excelling in a self-directed work setting.
