Senior Manager, Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD)

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree Required
  • 3-5 Years’ experience in HR and/or Learning & Organizational Development
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing leadership and professional development programs, as well as OD initiatives in a corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of tools (ex. Powerpoint).

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a shared services environment a plus.
  • Experience in the selection and administration of assessment tools and in providing feedback on individual or group assessment data preferred.
  • Experience working with an LMS and authoring tools is a plus.
  • Project Management Certifications, a plus
  • Change Management certification, a plus
  • PI certification, a plus

 

Job Summary/Description:

The Senior Manager, Learning & Organizational Development will support the design, implementation, facilitation, and coordination of leadership development and professional development, as well as organizational development and change management initiatives. This role will work closely with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and with HRBP leaders to ensure alignment to a deliberate talent strategy and plan for developing and retaining talent.

Acts as a learning advisor with internal clients, taking a consultative approach to understanding business needs and designing and delivering effective, innovative, and high-quality learning programs that deliver measurable results

Responsible for leading functional projects; may lead small-scale cross-functional projects or mid/large scale cross-functional projects with direction from a senior member of Talent Strategy & Development team

Performs typical project management duties for various development initiatives (Professional; Leadership; Organizational; Talent Management), including determining project goals and scope, project implementation, communication, measurement and follow up

 

Leads end-to-end program development and management of learning initiatives and processes based on learning roadmap, as well as facilitates both custom design learning programs and vendor programs

Collaborates with the digital learning leads to curate learning blocks into the final blended experience within a learning experience platform (ex. HMM) and/or LMS

Manages relationships with vendors, developers, and consultants for the purchase and/or development of content and the delivery of learning services, as needed

Collects quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure impact of programs and initiatives

Creates and templatize standardized operating procedures and plans across all programs and processes
