DR/Desktop requests. Main function – someone who can support entering in DRs in Maximo, supporting Engineers for 3 states. Hardware orders, steel pole orders, etc. Mostly DR work and some creation of meetings for department, some admin tasks such as tracking records for engineers, assigning #s, but mostly DRs. Preparing weekly report, assembling information into 1 report.
Support the Transmission Line & Civil Engineering Department in Administrative tasks, including but not limited to: creating Material/desktop requests, preparing weekly reports, creating/coordinating department meetings, organizing some data in department folders.
Performs varied, complex and confidential secretarial and administrative work, requiring initiative, judgment and a broad knowledge of Company organization, policies, practices and procedures. Acts for the principal in matters not requiring his/her presence. May guide and direct other secretarial/clerical personnel in the performance of delegated assignments.
Technical Knowledge/Skill: Skilled typing and demonstrated ability to perform the more complex word processing assignments are required. Ability to transcribe material from machines (dictaphone, cassette, etc.) shorthand or handwritten notes into a final product.
