  • At least 1 year of recruiting coordination experience or coordination experience in an HR environment
  • Organized and strong with MS Office

Job Description/Summary:

The Talent Coordinator partners directly with the Director and Leads in the Human Resources (HR) Talent Acquisition (TA) team to provide timely, accurate, and responsive services to a variety of colleagues and customers. Using exemplary organizational skills, you will assess the current operational TA practices in a variety of hiring situations, including full-time, contract/temporary, and staff augmentation as talent needs of the organization grow. You will provide value-add services for hiring teams by partnering in the assessment, interview, and post-onboarding operations. • Exceptional organizational skills coupled with the ability to constantly assess and reprioritize objectives as needed • Knowledge of various labor pools, including full-time, contract/temporary, and staff augmentation • Exemplary customer services and engagement attitude • Keen eye for process improvement, including process replacement if needed • The ability to safeguard sensitive HR data as necessary • Great team-player mentality, someone who is ready, willing, and able to engage with their peers in idea generation, operational excellence, and in support

Responsibilities:

– Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers
– Track recruiting activities and providing candidate status in regular reporting cadence
– Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
– Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
– Partner with teammates on the on-boarding process with a keen eye on employee experience
