Preferred:

Job Summary/Description:

 

HR Business Partner

As part of our global People Team, you will play a key role in driving business transformation and innovation in our People organization. You will be part of a team of fun, innovative, and passionate people tasked with rolling out our new People strategy and supporting companies SaaS journey.

We are looking for a progressive, strategic HR Business Partner, preferably with experience supporting field/GTM functions for a 3-4 month contract. (Sales, Marketing, etc.) This position will report to the VP, HR Business Partner for GTM. You will be responsible for collaborating with key executive leaders and the Global People Shared Services teams in executing on the people strategy. You will have the opportunity to work on transformational talent projects and serve as an key delivery point for new digital talent approaches for the company.

Day-To-Day:

  • Work closely with executive leaders to co-design, manage and execute on the talent strategy
  • Collaborate with key executive leaders in leading organizational transformation including org design and strategic workforce planning
  • Leverage the power of data & analytics to co-design solutions that impact organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
  • Innovate to determine on-demand and digital approaches to talent that improve business outcomes, drive the people strategy and leader effectiveness
  • Act as an internal thought partner to advise on key strategic endeavors within the People team

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in high / hyper growth SaaS / Software technology startups
  • Previous experience working in an HRBP role at a global public company is a plus
  • Experience working in a global matrixed environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive success across multiple people initiatives
  • Expertise in designing talent programs, digital HR technology & tools & employee engagement approaches
  • Strong ability to leverage data and insights to drive business outcomes
  • Experience in supporting an HR transformation in an on-premise to cloud / hybrid cloud transformation a plus
  • Previous experience working with CAD, PLM, IOT, and/or AR/VR technologies is a plus
  • Experience across multiple domains / COEs within HR preferred

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR and talent partnership responsibility in hyper / high growth technology companies
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Ability to travel globally as needed
