Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive administrative support to the Office Coordinator and provide general office support
  • Greet visitors, ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and proactively anticipate needs/problem solve
  • Assist with office management, including maintaining support equipment (printer, conference room technology, etc.)
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Maintain organization and general appearance of facility, kitchen areas and order/manage coffee/snacks
  • Liaise with vendors as needed
  • Assist with group event planning and onsite event management
  • Assist with special projects as needed
