- Provide administrative support to the manager
- Organize, maintain and file large number of files
- Assist with completing I-9 forms.
- Answer phones, take and deliver messages, provide information to callers
- Prepare, sort and distribute mail
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administration role
- Should have had exposure to I-9's.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite & other office applications
- Ability to prioritize workload; time management skills
- Sense of urgency for time sensitive projects
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
- Teamwork, attendance, professionalism and excellent phone demeanor.
Education: High School Diploma, GED or Associate Degree with one year relative experience 1-2 yrs. relative admin experience
