Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the manager
  • Organize, maintain and file large number of files
  • Assist with completing I-9 forms.
  • Answer phones, take and deliver messages, provide information to callers
  • Prepare, sort and distribute mail

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administration role
  • Should have had exposure to I-9's.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite & other office applications
  • Ability to prioritize workload; time management skills
  • Sense of urgency for time sensitive projects
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Teamwork, attendance, professionalism and excellent phone demeanor.

Education: High School Diploma, GED or Associate Degree with one year relative experience 1-2 yrs. relative admin experience
