An exciting medical device start-up company located just West of Boston is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service professional on a temporary basis. The individual in this role will communicate regularly with patients and potential patients via phone, text, and email. As inbound requests come in, the Customer Service professional will answer patient questions, and help patients make appointments with nearby dental offices. The right candidate will have strong writing, verbal, typing, and computer skills.
*High school diploma
*1 year+ of customer service experience in professional setting
*Strong verbal, written, typing, and computer skills
*Reliable, high speed internet at home
*Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
*Healthcare industry experience preferred (or medical device)
