Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7+ years of human capital management experience of which at least 3-5 years has been spent in a talent management role
  • Proven ability to translate and operationalize talent management strategies into talent management tactics and priorities.


  • Bachelor’s in human resources or Business Management and/or master’s degree in business/organizational development is strongly preferred

Job Summary/Description:

The Sr. Manager, Talent Management, is responsible for creating and delivering business-relevant enterprise talent management solutions and services. This position will report to the Director, Talent Management and partner with the Human Resources team and business leaders to operationalize talent management strategies, tools, and processes in the disciplines of talent assessment, talent review, succession planning, performance management, career path framework and workforce planning.  Must demonstrate proven ability to manage large-scale projects, to include development of project plans, implementation activities, process, documentation, and communications for program roll-out and ongoing management, as it relates to Talent Planning, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning.

Essential Functions:

Talent Assessment, Talent Review and Succession Planning:

  • Implement the talent review and succession planning, process, and tools for the annual and ongoing process.
  • Facilitate individual leadership, career, and talent assessments as appropriate.
  • Talent Metrics – Help establish metrics, monitor progress, and communicate insights. Partner with HRIS to create and automate a Talent Dashboard.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement tools, training materials, and communications for the annual process. This includes building capability on how to provide feedback and coaching, how to write goals, how to create development plans, and how to have meaningful performance reviews.
  • Operationalize the continued roll out of a consistent Performance Management process.

Workforce Planning:

  • Support the design and implementation of a workforce planning process across the enterprise to ensure near- and long-term talent needs are being identified and action plans created.
