The HCP-CM Coordinator will provide support and administrative coordination of tasks for internal business partners and the HCP-CM team. a. Send initial and follow up email requests to HCPs for document requests, draft agreement review b. Review and save the requested documents and/or follow up for additional information if needed c. Request new vendor numbers d. Verify HCP banking information e. Assist with payment processing f. Facilitate approval processes via DocuSign g. Update system with relevant data points, such as agreement effective date h. Assist with compliance training tracking and follow up to designated HCPs i. Other duties as assigned
