Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the VP of the Continuing Professional Development Office. This position will be responsible for assisting with the organization of educational grant proposals. The Project Coordinator will also prepare journal entries and supporting documents. In addition, this position will participate in course activity documentation, learning management system content, activity coordination and other administrative tasks.


• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related area (master's degree preferred)

• Knowledge of educational grants preferred

• Accounting and administrative experience preferred

• Project management skills preferred

• Multitasking, organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle confidential matters with utmost integrity

• Working knowledge of computers; strong computer skills
