Contract: Direct Hire 

Start Date: ASAP

Job Location: Onsite 1 day per week, remote 4 days per week (after training)

Address – Dearborn Michigan  ( suburb of Detroit, Rt 94 and Rt 96 ; free parking)

candidates will be on a weekly schedule:
Monday – Friday (40 hours) 1 days in office, 4 days remote

Must Haves:
– Some Recruiting Experience
– Microsoft Office

Preferred:
– Bachelors Degree (preferably HR)  
– Recruiting experience of hourly workers (skilled labor) 

Job Description:
Support to the HR department, achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, administering the hiring and onboarding process.

  • Writing, reviewing and revising job descriptions with hiring managers
  • Building applicant sources by researching and job posting with community services, colleges, job fairs, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
  • Managing applicant tracking system including reporting
  • Determining applicant qualifications by analyzing responses and performing phone screen; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Coordinating the interview process
  • Facilitating structured employment interviews
  • Coordinating physicals and drug screens
  • Processing new hires and onboarding
  • Coordinating relocation, as needed
  • Maintaining files
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Performing special projects as required
  •  

Job Requirements:
 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of online recruiting platforms and tools and social media
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal customers
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality

Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.  Oracle experience or similar HRIS experience a plus.

$42k-45k per year salary (Recent Grad) 
$45k-53k per year salary (With Experience)

Backstory/Additional Job Details:
Responsible for purchasing materials, equipment, supplies, and service in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures. 
1400 people in the company, and 100 people at the corporate office

Will work on site in Dearborn, MI 
Will start in office 5 days a week for training but then move to hybrid schedule (1 day in office, 4 days remote per week)
Flexible schedule Monday – Friday 
8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm
