· Respond to and resolve all questions, comments, and concerns using multiple points of contact

· Provide professional, empathetic and courteous service to all consumers

· Serve as an internal advocate for consumers and provide feedback to other departments within the company

· Become a product pro! Learn about all our product, features and benefits, and share that information with our consumers

· Help consumers navigate our website and optimize their experience

· Work as part of a team to perform to competitive and best in class KPIs

· Navigate multiple systems and fully understand the lifecycle of a consumer order


· Bachelor's Degree


· 1+ years of Customer Service / Account Management, or equivalent experience, preferably in Ecommerce


· Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, Word

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to multi-task several time sensitive responsibilities at once

· Ability to manage consumer experience using multiple contact tools – phone, chat, email

· Ability to organize and prioritize

· Ability to keep track of, and follow through on, multiple situations or issues at a time

· Strong written and verbal skills

· Ability to be flexible, learn quickly and adapt to change
