The Streetlight Billing Support Specialist is responsible for updating customer contracts and bills to reflect changes in the company-owned streetlight system. This work involves using SAP and Tableau to identify streetlights that have been changed in the field, researching which community is responsible for the streetlight, updating and communicating the change to the bill, and updating the customer contract accordingly.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be skilled in the use of SAP, CRM7 or similar business software
- Have experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, Infopath, etc.
- Exhibit professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be detailed oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Engage in basic problem-solving
At least 1 year of applicable experience and a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field. Less than a Bachelor's degree may be acceptable if accompanied by Company or industry experience in positions that demonstrate required abilities and performance.
