Customer Care Representative (Part-time)
Location: Berlin, CT (Position is remote until Tuesday after labor day – hybrid schedule after)
Hours: 20 hours a week (4 days a week, Thursday & Friday mandatory, the other 2 days can be Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday. 5 hours per day.)

- High school diploma required
- Microsoft experience with analytics needed
- 3-5 years of related Call Center experience
The Customer Care Representative will answer all customer calls, mail and emails. This candidate will respond to requests, inquiries, billing adjustments, loan questions and complaints regarding energy efficiency loans and billing/accounting matters. The Customer Care Representative will perform outbound calling as required. The Customer Care Representative will initiate adjustments/corrections to loan accounts, obtain copies of loan documents, updates status reports, and any other loan related tasks. This candidate will review customer records in the company's CIS systems, loan billing and aging reports, loan billing conditions and makes correcting entries as required.
