Lead the customer service department to mange the order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure customer satisfaction
1. Direct the daily operations of the customer service department including; Monitor and mange sales order process, Handle complex and escalated service issues, Interface with various company departments.
2. Manage customer returns and/or destroyed in field process
3. Manage customer/fulfillment requirements, not limited to; Master data, promotion rules, account specific needs
4. Responsible for internal reporting of various sales order shipment or customer data
