A leading financial services company in the Boston area is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to support their Directors. Ideally, this person will have experience scheduling interviews using Outlook, booking travel and handling confidential financial reports.
 

Must haves:
*1+ years of administrative assistant experience.

Job Summary:
*Greet clients at the front desk when they come onsite.
*Answer phone calls and respond to emails that come into the general mailbox.
*Work closely with the Managing Directors for all admin tasks and projects.
*Manage financial invoices utilizing MS Excel.
*
Perform diverse, administrative duties and manages tasks for the team to include event planning, calendar management, travel arrangements, and handling confidential and sensitive information.
*Create presentations and reports, compile data into spreadsheets, print, copy and scan for managing directors as needed.
*Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
*Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
*Experience using Microsoft tools including Outlook and MS Teams.
*Experience with managing multiple calendars.
*Successful track record of managing administrative tasks and projects.
