Job Summary/Description:

As a Finance Administrator, you will:

  • Invoice customers, manage accounts receivable and collections, manage accounts payable, and prepare and submit monthly payroll
  • Manage customers inquiries for sales orders and license provision
  • Assist staff accountant with monthly close activity
  • Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording and reporting of AP/AR transactions
  • Provide general admin support to the Finance team
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards (i.e., GAAP, IFRS), rules, regulations, and systems of internal control
  • Assist with office administration duties as needed
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner


Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of accounting and/or finance experience
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with accounting software (preferably NetSuite, Salesforce and Zuora)
  • Exposure to general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, drive and initiative
