• Manage day-to-day functions for the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost;
• Maintain positive working relationships with faculty, staff and students across the College;
• Serve as a resource for students, faculty, and staff on academic and related matters;
• Report academic program and curriculum changes to Department of Higher Education, New England Association of Schools and Colleges, and other offices as applicable; 
• Address inquiries, concerns, and requests from internal and external constituencies in a helpful, professional and timely manner;
• Assist with budget preparation and maintenance;
?  Prepare invoices and purchase orders for offices reporting to the Vice President;
?  Provide administrative support to the Honors Program;
?  Serve as assistant advisor to Alpha Beta Gamma, Psi Beta, and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Societies;
?  Plan and coordinate Evening of Excellence annual event and other special events as assigned;
?  Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators on special projects and activities;
• Oversee development, maintenance and publication of the online College catalog;
• Manage the Vice President’s calendar;
• Prepare meeting materials;
• Assist with time and attendance reporting for Academic Affairs staff;
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel expense reimbursements;
• Assist with routine collective bargaining agreement compliance activities;
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents;
• Exercise sound judgement especially when handling confidential and sensitive information;
• Perform other tasks as assigned
? Minimum five years of administrative experience or equivalent;
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with student information systems;
? Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service;
? Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills;
? Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment. 
Education:Bachelor’s degree required.
